Empire Plumbing was amazing! I had an emergency over the weekend, and they came through when I needed them most. Their team was professional, efficient, and super helpful. It’s hard to find reliable service like this, especially on short notice, but they delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. Highly recommended!

As a General Contractor it’s hard to find an excellent plumber that you use for many years exclusively, with Empire plumbing I found a plumber that I’ve used since 2018 on all my jobs. From the Office staff to the owner they pay attention to all the details and we have never failed an inspection with Empire on our projects.

5 stars is not enough. May I suggest 6 stars+? Empire Plumbing SAVED THE DAY. Another local plumbing company that was booked two days ago, did not show, and only offered a new date of Friday, leaving me, the owner of a condo, with a leaking pipe and clogged sink. Empire Plumbing saved the day. They arrived within two hours of my call. Aaron and Luis are AMAZING! So professional, so tidy and clean, so educated on their services, I am so impressed. They fixed my issues within 40 minutes and even put back the things in my bathroom! Yes, they did. I cannot say enough about Empire today and Luis and Aaron. I such a happy lady-THANK YOU! Empire Plumbing was very quick to come out and perform the work needed on our property. They only needed a few hours notice and came out that same day. Our toilets were backed up and they found the issue was with a stoppage in the main plumbing line under the property. After they ran a snake and flushed out the main line, the toilets were working perfect again. Customer service over the phone is excellent. Would recommend to a friend or family member.

For those of us who have lived on Miami Beach for decades, Empire Plumbing is the plumbing company that we call as well as the plumbing company that we recommend to others. If you're hesitant to trust online ratings and reviews, call someone you know in Miami Beach and ask them who they use for plumbing repairs, installations, new construction, etc. Everyone will tell you Empire. The reason that Empire has endured is that it is an honest company that always does great work. Their plumbers arrive when they say they will and know exactly what to do. Empire plumbers are always highly skilled, professional, and just plain nice. This week, I had a plumbing issue in my home and, as always, called Empire. Aaron and Luis arrived right on time. They were polite, patiently listened as I explained the problem, and then promptly resolved the issued, working so neatly that it was as if they hadn’t been here at all. But, with Empire, this is status quo.

I have used them for all my plumbing, water and gas and fixtures for over thirty five years. I would give them six stars if possible. They do excellent work, at reasonable price, on time and they clean up after themselves. Their employees are knowledgeable, cooperative and friendly. I can’t praise them enough. Try them out and you will be pleased.

I recently hired Empire Plumbing for a water heater installation in Miami, and I'm pleased with their service. The technicians were professional, arrived on time, and completed the installation efficiently. The water heater has been working perfectly since then. I'm deducting one star because the communication could have been a bit clearer regarding the pricing. Nonetheless, I would recommend Empire Plumbing for their reliable work.
